FONDUE: THE HEALTHY WAY

There are healthy options when dining out! We had such a fun dinner at The Melting Pot in Raleigh, North Carolina. They made our entire meal gluten-free – including the bread and desserts! So deeelish!

Dining out tips: 

  • Keep your main meal as healthy as possible and gravitate more towards the veggies. 
  • Try to stay away from a lot of bread and cheese, BUT if you really want something, have a bite or two and see
  • how you feel. 
  • A gluten-free brownie (dipped in their flaming chocolate fondue!) won’t hinder your weight loss goals.
  • Sharing a dessert with the table is always a good idea! Moderation and balance are key!

Fondue restaurants are one of our favorite places to go, and cooking the food in front of you helps you pace yourself when eating.It takes food 20 minutes for your brain to recognize when you’re full, so remember to take your time, savor each bite and enjoy!
